Stardate 61342.8 I've written a fan-fic challenge entry for this month entitled 'Prelude to Ragnarok'. It can found under the Misc. stories. "Sniper: Survival" got one vote.
Stardate 61319.7 This month's entry is "Sniper: Survival". It's the last Sniper story I'll be writing. It's also one of the last fan-fic stories I'll be writing. I'm going to complete "Red Shirts: B'raken VII The Price of Business" at some point, as well as writing the last two TMU stories, but my other project will be "Star Trek: Ragnarok" a tie-in to the "Destiny" trilogy of novels which will feature all the 24th century characters as they battle the Borg. I plan on concentrating on my original fiction instead. "Sniper: jat'yIn Story" got zero votes. Stardate 61284.4 This month's challenge "Sniper: jat'yIn Story" has been added, and is the conclusion of the MU trilogy. The usual updates have been added. I've also added the Kreel and Kinshaya to the Species list. Last month's entry got 6 votes, losing out to the only other entry, which had 9. Stardate 61258.6 And once again, I didn't get any votes. This month's entry is "Sniper: Life Story" and is also available under the TMU menu. The theme was to do a 'saga' story set over one person's life. Encyclopaedia updates, annotations and timeline updates have all been added. Don't forget to rate Red Shirts: Tellus Prime in the poll. Stardate 61227.8 Last month's challenge was also well recieved and didn't get any votes. This month's entry is "Sniper: Unexpected", theme was 'The Unexpected Guest". It's also available under "Tales of the Mirror Universe". Encyclopaedia entries and annotations have been added, as well as updates to both the regular and MU timelines. Stardate 61191.5 Last month's challenge entry was well-received, but only got one vote. This month's entry is "Sniper: Dead Man Walking", the theme was simply to use the second-person POV, 'You did this' instead of 'I did this' or 'He did this'. The usual bobbins have been added. Stardate 61161.5 "The Last Letter" got one vote. This month's entry to the challenge is another Sniper tale entitled "White Knight". The theme was 'adaptation'; stories were to be Trek-adaptations of another professionally produced story. Mine is a rewrite of the opening scene of "Tomorrow Never Dies". The usual bits have been added. Stardate 61127.5 Last month's challenge entry got just one vote. This month's entry is a 'Misc' story. Annotations have been added. Nothing else has, because it's just a short letter. Stardate 61109.5 This month's challenge entry, "Sniper: Line of Fire" has been added along with the usual bits. I've also added a photo-manipulated picture of Lena Heady as Bobbi March. Last month's challenge entry got 5 votes, placing third. Stardate 61065.3 Last month's challenge entry failed to score. I've added the March challenge entry, 'Sniper: The Night-Stalker' along with annotations and bits. Please vote to rate 'Red Shirts: Tellus Prime'. Stardate 61040.8 Last month's challenge entry scored 4 votes. I've added the February challenge entry, 'Sniper: Noobs' and the usual updates. It's got a lot of positive comments. Stardate 61010.9 Happy new year! I've been doing a lot of over-time at work again and working on my original fiction, but I've now added the January Challenge entry, 'The Conversation'. Since that's literally all it is, a conversation, between two unidentified characters, I've only added Annotations for it. It's on the 'Misc' page. Last month's story was fairly popular, in developing Bobbi, but only got one vote due to the strength of the competition. Stardate 60338.8 I've added December's challenge entry and so on. Last month's story got 4 votes, tying it for second place. I've not been working on "The Price of Business" lately, because I've started writing my original fiction and working over-time a lot. Updates may well become more sporadic. Stardate 60314.8 I've added November's Challenge entry in the "Sniper" series and the usual bits. Last month's story got a good reception but didn't net any votes. I've started work on "The Price of Business", but thanks to a lot of over-time at work and an obssession with "Transformers Quake 2" I haven't had a lot of time to work on it. With even more over-time looming, I don't honestly know when I'll finish it. Stardate 60282.4 I've added the October Challenge entry in the "Sniper" series and the usual bits. Last month's story didn't get any votes because I did the poll and only allowed people to pick one story instead of the usual 2. This month's theme was cliches, so I wrote a spoof of Trek and fan-fic in general and wrapped it up in a holodeck story. My next story will probably be either RB7 "The Price of Business" or the surprise I mentioned a month ago. Stardate 60274.9 I've added the third TMU story "The Final Assault". Whilst it is heavily based on David Mack's "Sorrows of Empire" in the MU trade paperback "Glass Empires", it should still make sense to anyone who hasn't read that book. At the moment, I'm not working on another story, as I'm working on a story for a short story contest. However, it'll probably only be a few days before I post the October Challenge entry. Stardate 60269.9 I've added the last PL story "One Man, Many Lives" and the annotations. As I said before, it's effectively a sequel to PL "Chancellor Duras", depicting that universe's verison of TNG "Parallels". I'm currently working on TMU "The Final Assault" starring Yevgeniy Shostakov during the Alliance invasion of Earth. Stardate 60263.8 I've added PL "The Invasion of Bajor" and annotations. I'm now writing one final PL tale called "One Man, Many Lives". Stardate 60253.9 I've added this month's fan-fic challenge entry, "Blood Fire". It's a short Tales of the Mirror Universe story. The challenge this month was to write the MU version of an existing story. The MU Timline has been updated and annotations added. 'Sniper: Nine' got 3 votes last month. I'm plugging away with PL 'Invasion of Bajor'. I'm also planning a follow-up to 'Chancellor Duras' in which that universe's Freeman goes through the events of TNG 'Parallels' - but with more radically different alternate universes, some from PL, some not. There's also a big surprise coming... Stardate 60235.7 I've added both PL "The Empire's Glory" and "The Road Not Chosen" as well as annotations for both. Since there's more overtime coming up at work, I may not get any more stories done for a while other than the September Challenge entry. I'm going to start on PL "The Invasion of Bajor: What if the Cardassians Discovered the Wormhole?" over the weekend though. Stardate 60228.8 I've added this month's challenge entry "Sniper: Nine" and the usual bobbins. Next I shall be adding "The Empire's Glory" from PL. I've already started writing the next PL entry "The Road Not Chosen: What if Scott Freeman served on Voyager?" My novel's on hold for the time being, I've had a rush of renewed enthusiasm for writing my fan-fic. Hopefully I can sustain it long enough to get the last PL story, the three TMU stories and the two Red Shirts spin-offs done. Stardate 60218.6 I've added "The Taking of Monitor Station 33" along with the usual gubbins. Funnily enough, I'm had a crisis of confidence on my novel. I've started PL "The Empire's Glory: What if Scott Freeman Served the Terran Empire?" Last month's challenge entry "Last Man Standing" netted two votes. |
